At HumbleBean Coffee, we want you to love every sip, but due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a 14-day window for returns on gear and satisfaction guarantees on our beans. Please note that opened bags of coffee cannot be returned for a refund but may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for equipment or non-perishable items.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging, include the RMA slip inside the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our roastery, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
